平成の三十年は、身体を映して送る道具を次々に生んだ。ポケベルの数字、写真シールの一枚、簾の内側、画面の向こうの視線。映された分だけ、こちら側の熱はどこかへ持っていかれる。持っていったものたちが、名前を持たないまま百の気配になって夜に並ぶ。
真ん中にいるのは、首に小さな赤い鈴を下げた娘・鈴音。紺のセーラー服のまま、彼女はその列を撮り歩く。近づかれても、触れられない。その距離のまま百夜を歩き通す。百図目に待っているのは改元の朝——平成艶返し。夜のあいだ預かられていた熱と視線が、鈴へ戻ってくる一枚である。
官能は非露骨。布の崩れ、湿度、光、視線、距離だけで艶を立てる
One hundred yōkai born from the devices that copied and sent a body across Heisei-era Japan (1989–2019) — pagers, photo-sticker booths, bamboo blinds, screens — in a bilingual art book. Every plate faces its own record page: the yōkai's origin, how to know it, what to do about it, and a short story of its night with Suzune, in both Japanese and English. Sensual in mood, never explicit: the tsuya is carried by cloth, humidity, light and distance alone.
At the center walks Suzune, the girl with a small red bell at her throat, still in her navy sailor uniform as she photographs the procession night after night. She can be approached but never touched, and she keeps that distance for all hundred nights. The hundredth plate waits for the dawn of a new era — the Heisei Tsuya Return — when the warmth and the gazes kept through the night are given back to the bell.
